Sprint and Distance Swim Training
Three specialized swim practices a week that offer
sprint and distance swim training for those training
for a triathlon, open water event or swim meet. Sprint

An intense out of the water training program that focuses on strengthening your core muscles - a perfect program to enhance your swimming!
